docflow is our open-source workflow that turns any repository into a documentation-led, ADR-driven project. Every meaningful decision becomes a small, numbered Architecture Decision Record; a status-driven queue tracks the work; an audit keeps the whole thing honest. It runs across multiple AI coding agents from a single skill source and scales from one repository to multi-repo federations. MIT-licensed.

Who's behind EvolveHQ
EvolveHQ was founded by Eugenio Minardi, a software engineer and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience. He has led engineering organizations across digital health, clinical-trial platforms, and B2B SaaS — shipping native and cross-platform mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play, building teams from scratch, and running cloud infrastructure and information-security programs to certification-grade standards.
